The real skill is matching pressure and cleaning agent to the surface. The same pressure that cleans concrete perfectly would shred a wood fence and strip its paint. Too little on concrete and it does not get clean at all. Vinyl siding needs its own cleaning agent to fully remove mold and bring back the shine.
